In mid-August, there’s a council kick off. If the pack sends 2 people (1 popcorn rep and 1 membership rep), you’ll earn another 2% commission.
There’s a district and council volunteer available to help answer questions or offer guidance if you want the help or to just bounce ideas off of.
Can be a team of a few people doing this job to divide the workload maybe.
Time commitment: 1-2 hours in July, then intensive from end of August until end of November.

Determine dates for campouts in connection with the committee.

Cutler in November doesn’t book too far out. Monroe County parks book up fast in the spring and should be reserved no later than end of Feb/beginning of March.
This is a lot for 1 person to do, but really needs a point person to keep things moving and on track.
This can include planning for: fall campout, spring campout, pinewood derby, blue & gold banquet.
Time commitment: Flexible depending on when events fall and how many tasks are able to be divided up.
