*DO NOT accept checks to the Pack from customers. You can accept checks made out to you personally, but managing a lot of personal checks from costumers is difficult for us. Please pay the Pack with one personal check (from you - made out to East Rochester Pack 67)
FOR NUTS ONLY:
There is NO online ordering. No online ordering for out-of-area customers.
Customers order from paper order sheets & pay you directly via cash or check
FOR POPCORN ONLY:
CampMasters App - new this year! There is a CampMasters App that will be SO HELPFUL to increase sales! You can use this CampMasters App to sell show-and-sell products (wagon sales), so customers can use credit cards. You do NOT have to use the CampMasters App, its just an extra bonus for us to utilize. You should have received an email from Camp Masters don't delete this email! It contains your sign-on link directly without a password. There is a link to your cubs online 'dashboard'.
Note: "Scout KeyCode” - that is the code you would use when ordering popcorn from this page.
I'd highly recommend watching this video (thanks Brittany L!) - the first 15 minutes explain how cubs can use the app (or QR code) to make credit card sales, but there is a lot of good information in the entire video too.
There are several ordering methods (for Popcorn)
Online Ordering - this is for customers that are not local. They order online & the product is shipped directly to them. See below for link.
Use this site for any customers that need product to be shipped direct. Provide your Cubs Scout Key Code for the customer to enter.
Customer orders product to be shipped directly to them. You will get credit for these orders too. Prices are higher due to delivery
Take Orders via cash, check, venmo, etc - these are for local customers. You write their order on your hard copy order form. Customer pays the cub with whatever method of payment the parent is ok accepting. Cub families provide total products sold to the Popcorn Kernel. The entire Cub Scout Unit places an order, the Popcorn Kernel distributes all products to each Cub family. Each Family delivers the products they sold.
Customers can pay cash to you – don’t use the CampMasters App at all. Use the paper forms to document orders placed.
Show & Sell Orders - these are 'wagon / door to door' sales. The Cub Scout Unit orders products to be sold for immediate gratification. Sales can be cash or credit cards via the CampMasters App. Popcorn Kernel can see the Credit Card Sales and provide the Cub Family with the total amount due after a Show & Sell session.
Take Orders via credit cards - these are for local customers. They buy via credit card (you place it thru the CampMasters App), then their products are added to our UNIT sales, and they are distributed to you directly with all Take Orders.
CampMasters considers these orders as part of our Pack orders - in other words - DO NOT add these orders in when you add up your total orders to be placed. These additional take orders placed will be added to your products when you pick them up in November. Not sure how this will work, but I must be able to print an invoice with these orders for you too. Prices are the same as our order forms – with the added processing fee
Cubs can earn all kinds of fun prizes based on how much product they sell!
Sales are split into Fall and Holiday - they can't combine to give next level prizes to scouts. We've found that it is best to sell in Fall or Holiday sales, not both. Cubs still earn the same commissions towards scout accounts, but prizes are separate.
Every $625 in product sales can be sent to the Popcorn Kernel (via photo of order forms), and for a chance at their weekly prize drawings - all sorts of goodies are given away - even a full session of Adventure Camp!
TOP SELLER CLUB: Sell $1250 in product will earn admission to an exclusive Seneca Waterways Council Super-Cool Top Seller Incentive Event!!
CAMPMASTERS High Achiever Prize ($3,000+ of POPCORN) will receive a chance of a new camping package or a Visa Debit Card equaling 4% of their total popcorn sales!
The Popcorn Kernel will contact you for your Cubs prize selection!
They may choose one prize at the prize level they earned, or they can choose multiple prizes from lower levels, but the $ amount of the lower-level prize categories they choose from must not exceed the prize level $ amount that they earned.
Example: Johnny sells $550 of product. He earned prize level 6 ($425). He can choose one prize from Level 6, or he can choose a combination of prizes from the lower levels. But the lower level prize $ amounts must not exceed Level 6 of $425.
