Crestwicke Homeowners Association (HOA) was established in 1973. Its mission is to:

• Encourage high standards of maintenance and operation of all property in Crestwicke Subdivision dedicated to the common use by or benefit of all residents.

• Enable the provision of services and facilities of common benefit to the residents.

• Strive to maintain and promote the desired character of Crestwicke.

The goal of the HOA is to maintain and improve our neighborhood by encouraging mutual respect among all members of our community.

All Crestwicke residents are strongly encouraged to join with their neighbors to participate in and contribute to Homeowners Association-sponsored activities throughout the year.

Board meetings are held approximately every other month and are open to all paid Association members. Residents who are interested in serving on the board or who have a concern or suggestion, should contact any board member.
