Landscape Waste Pickup guidelines

This popular service is provided only to residents who have paid dues for the current year. (Exception: neighbors new to Crestwicke during the current year are exempt from dues until the first of the next calendar year.) Bierbaum Landscaping will receive updated lists of those neighbors who are ineligible to participate in the program. Pickup schedule and guidelines are published in the newsletter each spring and will be available on the Crestwicke HOA calendar (link available to members of the email list).

No general trash is permitted. Only branches, sticks, and leaves will be picked up. All leaves MUST be bagged or placed on a tarp, as Bierbaum does not have equipment to pick up loose leaves. Only "usual" amounts of pruning waste should be placed out for this service. If you have a large amount of waste, such as a whole tree or a large amount of pruning from trees or shrubs, please call Bierbaum Landscaping for a separate pickup. Waste should be placed at the end of the driveway—not on the road—by Sunday evening of pickup weekend. Longer and heavier branches should be cut up into pieces, small enough to be picked up by one person. Waste may be placed in garbage cans, bags, etc., if they fit in such containers. 

Bierbaum Landscaping has the right to refuse to pick up anything that they feel is inappropriate. Questions about this service should be directed to Joe Bierbaum at 309-310-8911. Please contact Joe if you have a huge load.

If or when the HOA budget for landscape waste is exhausted before all scheduled pickups are completed for the year, the service may be suspended.
