HOA dues Information

An annual dues invoice is mailed to all Crestwicke households to help support the Crestwicke Homeowners Association and the services it provides. Dues are expected of all homeowners and are not optional. The dues is set at $50 for 2026 and includes these benefits:

• Newsletter

• Email notifications

• Crestwicke Community Directory (digital format)

• Listings of professional or family services in the Directory

• Seasonal landscape pickup

• Holiday events and sponsorship

• Advocacy and representation for the community at large

Thank you for supporting your HOA! Payments by check may be sent to Crestwicke Homeowners Association, PO Box 486, Bloomington, IL 61702-0486. Other methods of payment include Venmo and e-check or direct payment from your bank. Dues not received by March 15 will be considered past due. Non-payment will result in ineligibility for member benefits as described above. Benefits will be reinstated upon payment.
