Consent: Both parties, the bride and the groom, must provide their free and voluntary consent to enter into the marriage. They must be of legal age, which is 18 years for both males and females in Pakistan. Documents: documents required for the court marriage process, which typically include:
Original or photocopies of Identity Cards (CNIC) or passports (incase of foreigner) of both individuals.
Two passport-sized photographs of each person.
Affidavits or declarations stating their intention to marry and confirming their marital status (unmarried, divorced, or widowed).
Two witnesses who are present at the time of the court marriage are usually required.
