LEGALIZZAZIONI DOCUMENTI COMMERCIALI
Modalità di presentazione: a sportello senza appuntamento dalle 9.00 alle 12.00 con ingresso da Via Timavo 17 dal lunedì al venerdì eccetto i Festivi italiani ed egiziani oppure tramite agenzia di visti e pratiche consolari.
Modalità di ritiro: dopo due giorni lavorativi a sportello senza appuntamento, oppure tramite servizio DHL, nel secondo caso, quando si presenta la domanda di visto a sportello si presenta anche la ricevuta e la lettera di vettura DHL per la spedizione di ritorno, per procedere alla prenotazione DHL si prega di cliccare al seguente link:

Il Consolato può legalizzare solamente le firme dei funzionari delle seguenti Autorità Italiane: Camera di Commercio, Prefettura e Procura della Repubblica.
Regioni di competenza del Consolato di Milano: Valle d’Aosta, Piemonte, Lombardia, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Marche e Toscana.
I documenti vanno redatti in lingua inglese in ogni loro singola parte, oppure in doppia lingua italiano/inglese.
Quando la merce è di origine extra C. E. è obbligatorio vidimare sia il Certificato di Origine che la fattura di vendita e bisogna menzionare obbligatoriamente sul C.O. il numero e la data della fattura ad esso relativa.
Quando la merce è di origine della Comunità Europea non è obbligatorio vidimare anche la fattura di vendita italiana. Nel caso però la ditta la voglia vidimare sia la fattura che il C.O., sulla fattura va menzionato il numero e la data della fattura sul C.O., tranne nel caso di merci chimiche dove è sempre obbligatorio vidimare entrambi i documenti. Nel caso invece la ditta voglia legalizzare solamente la fattura di vendita, sulla stessa deve essere chiaramente riportata l’origine della merce.
Ogni documento rilasciato su carta intestata della ditta deve riportare la firma originale del legale rappresentante e il timbro originale della ditta; inoltre deve riportare l’indirizzo del destinatario egiziano.
Ogni documento composto da più pagine deve riportare un timbro di congiunzione a cavallo delle stesse apposto dall’Ente legalizzante. Solamente per le legalizzazioni della Camera di Commercio, per i soli documenti emessi dalla ditta, è possibile apporre il timbro di congiunzione della ditta stessa.
Si legalizzano solo firme originali degli Enti legalizzanti.
Sul C.O. deve essere chiaramente riportata la descrizione della merce, non si accettano descrizioni con sigle di prodotti da cui non si possa evincere la natura stessa della merce.
Oltre ai C.O. e alle fatture si possono legalizzare anche altri tipi di documenti come ad esempio l’Agency Agreement, il Sales Contract, il Test Certificate etc.
I documenti in copia conforme si accettano solamente in caso non vi sia la possibilità di legalizzare l’originale. Nel caso dei certificati di registrazione marchio provenienti da uno dei Paesi della Comunità Europea, la ditta deve apporre il proprio timbro con firma sul retro della copia e la legalizzazione può essere fatta dalla Camera di Commercio. In tutti gli altri casi la copia conforme deve essere attestata dal Comune + Prefettura oppure da un notaio + Procura della Repubblica.
Costi: ogni legalizzazione relativa ai documenti commerciali è di 203 euro (pagamento a sportello).
Non è consenttito utilizzare la lingua araba su documenti commerciali a meno che il notaio non certifichi che il sottoscrivente il documento stesso comprende e legge la lingua araba (in tal caso il documento deve essere obbligatoriamente certificato dal notaio + Procura della Repubblica). Nel caso in cui un documento commerciale necessiti dell'arabo si procede alla preparazione dello stesso come da istruzioni alla sezione "legalizzazioni traduzioni" sulla nostra Homepage.
I documenti vanno presentati corredati di fotocopia integrale.
Tutti i certificati sanitari originali provenienti dalle ASL o dal Ministero della Salute o da enti similari vanno timbrati unicamente in Prefettura e non in Camera di Commercio. Se invece si vuole inviare in Egitto una copia degli stessi, tale copia deve essere una copia conforme all'originale rilasciata dal Comune e legalizzata in Prefettura oppure una copia conforme rilasciata da un notaio legalizzata in Procura.
Le visure camerali in inglese possono essere legalizzate dalla Camera di Commercio con attenzione nel far apporre il timbro di congiunzione dalla stessa tra le pagine.
Per quanto riguarda la seguente merce: occhiali e montature, va sempre specificato o sul CO. o sulla fattura che “non contengono parti magnetiche”.
E' vietato esportare droni.
Per l'esportazione di merci chimiche è obbligatorio specificare sia sul C.O. che sulla fattura il nome commerciale del prodotto e il nome scientifico, scrivendo specificatamente: commercial name: ..., scientifc name: .... Si ricorda che è obbligatorio presentare entrambi i documenti (sia C.O. che fattura) e va anche aggiunta (solo sulla fattura) la destinazione d'uso. Si ricorda quindi che anche la fattura va legalizzata in camera di commercio.
per l'esportazione di carne bisogna specificare sulla fattura di vendita (in inglese) che la carne è stata macellata secondo la Legge Islamica e che la macellazione è avvenuta nello stesso Paese di esportazione.
