Subsistence Pattern Before Agricultural : Ethnographic Study from Northwest Thailand.
Northwestern part of Thailand in Maehongson province is one of the least part that archaeological survey have been done in this remote area.
The western highland of Thailand yield many important index settlement patterns and archaeological site related to the ancient community before agriculture. Archaeological and ethnographic research on weather change and information from archaeological site and shifting cultivation and brief ethnobotany information from various local community based on final ethnographic report from highland archaeology project will be used to examine the different trends through times.
