STUDENT ACCOUNTS:
Every band student has an account setup through our software program called "Charms". This software is used to help communicate, track student fundraising (based on individual fundraising), order uniforms supplies (including concert attire) and even pay for band related fees/payments using debit/credit card, a feature we highly recommend using.

UNIFORM FITTING DATE:
All marching students and freshman attend the fitting day. This includes freshman not marching. All band students should to be fitted for concert wear. For those that are marching, they will also be fitted for a marching uniform. All fees must be paid in full on the fitting day. Please take advantage of filling out the order form through Charms. Likewise, please pay all fees using the debit/credit card option. It will help and save time for all.
Fitting schedule is as follows (please park and enter CHS at door #3):
Our band parent volunteers try to space out crowds during the day to reduce wait times. If you have a scheduling conflict during your time slot, please come at another time. It is very important that we complete all uniform fittings on that day. This will help in organizing and ordering the concert attire in a timely fashion.
