My story

An interesting mix of knowledge, ratio, sensitivity, both feet on the ground, drive for results, empathy, respect and humour determine my coaching style. 

I followed an extensive, ICF certified coaching education and a specialization for stress and burn-out coaching and career coaching. 

Next to this, I have a master in business economics and a bacheler in psychology. I coach in Dutch and English. 

About coach2grow

In 2014 I became the 'victim' of a reorganisation. I was really upset about what happened and felt it was better to leave. I felt it was time for something new without knowing exactly what it should be. 

That's why I started a coaching training as well as a study psychology at the VUB, with the trust that that would lead to something positive. 

And that's what happened. Two intensive years in which I learned a lot about myself led to the start of coach2grow. I have seriously questioned myself, like you will maybe also do soon. I have thought about what values were important to me in my work, and connection and meaningfulness are now on top of my list. 

As a manager, I was a little bit too empathic. Now, I am a fairly 'sober' coach. In the past I had to decide fast and deliver against my targets. Now I focus on listening well and go slow when required. 

I try to connect my old and my new world as much as possible. Together they close the circle, they are both part of me. I believe that you, my coachees, can only benefit from this.
