What's a coaching journey like?
The intake – by phone or in person. Sometimes together with your manager if you follow the coaching through your employer. We determine the goals of the coaching. This intake is free.
The coaching conversations – 1,5 to 2 hours, in my coaching practice, a pleasant and quiet place. You bring in your coaching questions. What is your challenge and what would you like to achieve?
I will ask many questions and listen and observe well. Sometimes I will reflect back an observation or impression. Together we will look for the thoughts that support you or not.
We will sometimes do some specific exercises. You determine your limits, what you want to discuss or not. All emotions and topics are welcome during a coaching conversation.
The closure: After each conversation I ask you to note your insights. If you follow the coaching through your employer, there will be a feedback session with your manager. However, you give the feedback yourself, I will only say something if you approve.
Confidentiality
Coaching sessions are strictly confidential. As coach I am bound to the professional code of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Also if your employer pays for your coaching there will not be feedback from me on the topics discussed, unless at your request.
