What is the approach?
Stresscoaching is custom made. A process exists of a number of sessions of about 1,5 hours in which we spend time on:
Introduction, your story, plan of approach
Better understanding of your stressors and what generates or takes energy
Regaining your energy and vitality
Improved handling of your stress and emotions
Rediscovering yourself, who are you, what are your skills, what do you like?
Strengthening of self confidence and required competences, for example handling conflicts
Match between you and your social environment. What type of work fits you best and what is the right work-life balance?
If required, relapse prevention and follow-up.
Eight hours coaching for EUR 10 per hour!
If you work or live in Brussels or Flanders, you speak Dutch and your stress signals are work related, then you can use VDAB career cheques for the coaching.
You are entitled to use eight hours of career coaching per 6 working years for the attractive rate of EUR 10 per hour.

Everybody has stress. Stress is often positive. It helps you for example to be ready for an important
business presentation or sports game.
But it is not good to have too much stress, and too often.
Prolonged stress puts such pressure on ones body that it cannot recover anymore.
This can lead to illness and even burn-out.
