14. The climate problem

There are many books on climate policy. Good ones include Dieter Helm’s The Carbon Crunch: How We’re Getting Climate Change Wrong and HowTo Fit It, Nigel Lawson's An Appeal to Reason: A Cool Look at Global Warming, and Roger Pielke Jr.'s The Climate Fix. Nick Stern's Review of the Economics of Climate Change is as ramshackle as it is influential. Mark Maslin's Global Warming - A Very Short Introduction may typify an environmental scientist's position.
