Regions
The CAM constitution suggests dividing Massachusetts into eight regions, using major highways as dividing lines. Here is an attempt to divide Massachusetts towns and cities into these eight regions, though Region 2, which includes Boston, is so disproportionately large that it has been broken down into two sub-regions, using the Charles as a dividing line. Imprecision is inevitable, as some towns straddle highways.
Region 1: North of 128 and Rte. 3
Region 2 North: Inside 128, North of Charles
Region 2 South: Inside 128, South of Charles
Region 6: Between 128 and 495.
