MBA 7402 International Economics

MBA 7402 International Economics is offered in Germany through the VSU Langdale College of Business Study Abroad program. 

Prerequisite: Graduate School standing.

This course is a survey of the fundamentals of international economics. Topics include gains from trade, determinants of trade patterns, analysis of tariffs and other barriers of trade, trade blocs, balance of payment, foreign exchange markets, forward exchange, international investment, lending, and financial crises.

The course material is divided into six modules. Each module includes reading, video, and application activities. The first two modules must be completed before departure. After returning from Europe, students will complete the final four modules and the assessment activities. The assessment activities within BlazeVIEW must be completed no later than 11:00 p.m. on the last Friday of June.
