IB 3000 Introduction to International Business is offered in Germany through the VSU Langdale College of Business Study Abroad program. No prerequisites. 3 credit hours.
The course is an evaluation of country risks, distinguishing between different foreign business structures and practices, and critically evaluating cultural distinctions and their effects on individuals.
The course material is divided into six modules. Each module includes reading, video, and application activities. The first two modules must be completed before departure to Europe. After returning from Europe and completing the remaining four modules, students will complete assessment activities. The assessment activities within BlazeVIEW must be completed no later than 11:00 p.m. on the last Friday of June.
