#MSBA2012 1st Conference of the year

On Friday September 28, , I was fortunate enough to be presenting (along with our guidance Counselor Ms. Groosman) at the Missouri School Board Association's annual conference.

Our session "RTI in High School... Where do I start?" was extremely well attended and very well received. The number of side/hall conversations that we had (after the presentation )with Board members and administrators from other districts ,  were extremely stimulating, and gave us even more food for thoughts. These conversations are essential to the future of Education.

This session, being centered on my Academic Advisement classes, did not allow for me to present any of your "productions". But have no fear; you were very much at the center of our discussion, and our thoughts.

And as you know I will be presenting at the Foreign Language Association of Missouri this coming month; and I can promise that your hard work and creativity will be displayed and discussed.

As always, I want to take the opportunity to thank you, for all your hard work, encouragements and support as I leave the classroom to continue my journey, to become a stronger educator.
