Edcamp OMAHA
Post date: Mar 28, 2011 3:31:52 PM
As planned, I made my way to Omaha Nebraska on Saturday March 26 for Edcamp Omaha. To be exact, I headed North on Friday right after school, in order to attend he Tweetup that would kick off this event.
We have already explained the concept of un-connferences, and I cannot tell you enough how much I love this concept. It is probably one of the most motivating and empowering experiences I have participated in over the last 2 years.
As promised, I did learn a lot of new things, that I cannot wait to ntroduce to you in the classroom, and as promised, I did talk about us... I showed your work, and shared with the other attendees some of your projects, and the process that we are going through together, in our classroom.
I will not bore you with the lengthy details and reflections (I have a blog for that, and will probably use it soon), but I know that several of you have asked about the event and wanted to know more...
So...
Here it is...

As always, thank you very much for all your hard work, and for giving me the daily motivation to learn along with you.
