First choose the options to turn off Wireless synchchronization on your

BlackBerry, for Your Address Book.

To turn off Synch open your BlackBerry Address Book,

Choose the Menu (BlackBerry Button) choose "Options"

Scroll down to "Wireless Synchronization" and choose "No".

Press Menu, then save.

Connect your BlackBerry to your computer via USB cable.

Open Desktop Manager on your computer.

Open the "Synchronize" option, Choose "Configuration" Tab

Choose "Configure Synchronization".

Select (check mark) Address Book on left

Under Address Book option on the right, click the "Choose" Button.

Choose Microsoft Outlook from the "Available Applications" list.

Select "Import" from the Operation function in mid-lower left side.

Choose the "Browse" Button on bottom right

Expand the Mailbox - your name - list.

Click the Desired "Contact" Folder.

Then click the "Add" Button, repeat the Choose/Add options until

you have finished selecting all of the contacts to your liking.

Click "OK".

Then choose "OK" out of the "Choose Application" Window.

Choose "OK" out of your "Device (pin #) Configuration" Screen.

Choose the "Synchronize" Tab

Leave "Synchronize now with the following selections" at default settings

Will not affect Contacts.

Choose "Synchronize Now" Button.

The screen on the computer should show an animation, that lets you know it is

processing, and text processing, please wait etc.

Shows how many items are getting updated.

If any conflicts are present between phone and Outlook Mailbox, you will be

prompted of such. Make a choice about what wins in conflict, and

you should have all of your Contact in one list on the BlackBerry.

All of the Contacts that you have selected should now show up

in your Blackberry's Contacts (will not show the folder names, only the

contacts will show up in a list format.
