Welcome to the Chuanhong Jin's Research Group at Zhejiang University. Our research operates at the dynamic intersection of advanced electron microscopy and carbon-based nanoelectronics. We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of aligned carbon nanotube (A-CNT) technologies, bridging the gap from fundamental atomic-level interface physics to the scalable characterization of 8-, and 12-inch A-CNT wafers. By integrating state-of-the-art metrology with novel device architectures, our mission is to drive the development of the next gneration of high-performance carbon-based electronics and macroelectronics.
