Official Beer Runners™ chapters are located across the United States and oversees. Each is independently organized to promote the Beer Runners' concept, mission and goals. The first chapter to form after Fishtown was Montreal. Official Beer Runners chapters are listed below:

In 2012, David April brought the Beer Runners concept to Spain which now has over 30 chapters through out the country.

Beer Runners Crest

The crest communicates the essential elements of Beer Runners: beer, running, community, and science.

• Beer - Enjoy good beer in moderation.

• Running - All levels and paces are welcomed.

• Hands (Community/Friendship) - Community outreach and friendship.

• Professor (Science) - Promote the scientific research by Dr. Manuel Castillo at the University of Granada.

• Plus Ultra - "More Beyond" from the Spanish Coat of Arms. It symbolizes our connection to Spain and how running has enabled many of us to go beyond what we thought possible.

• All chapter crest shirts will bare the Beer Runners Chapter Crest on front, along with the iconic Beer Runners footprints on the back.

• All chapter shirts will have the Plus Ultra crest on the right sleeve.
