Edmund’s Original (formerly Edmund’s Oast) began with a love for craft, first as a brewery, then as a restaurant, and now as a place where those passions meet on every plate. Inspired by Southern traditions, they’ve always believed in doing things with intention. What started as a neighborhood gathering place has grown into a modern tavern, where local ingredients, layered flavors, and genuine hospitality come together without pretense.
They don’t chase trends. They trust their taste, honor their roots, and always leave room for something new.
