As an update on the referenced pool deck repairs, here is a summary to date:
1) City has not issued the building permit, but drawings are under structural review as of 4/5/2010
2) Dwyer pressure injected about 3.0 CY of grout mix, down to 5 feet in 80 injection locations as depicted
on the drawings, ( currently under review at the city)
3) Gary has not back filled or compacted fill since he is waiting on Subburban pools to complete the repairs of coping
and water leaks, and also city issuing the permit,
Work Remains ;
1) Finish repairs of water leaks
2) Dwyer to issue certification for pressure injection
3) Permit issuance by city of Pembroke Pines
4) Contractor to back fill and compact clean fill all around pool shell, test for densities
5) Install dowel bars in existing slab, call for inspection by city
6) Prepare soil, place rebars and pour 3 feet of slab along E, N and S sides of pool
7) Finish and clean up
