CFUW Support to NB Coalition for Pay Equity
Bulletin For 25 years, we’ve been supprorting Pay EQuity's advocating for pay equity for all workers in New Brunswick. Now, the Government of New Brunswick has launched a Review of the Pay Equity Act, 2009 and is consulting the public on how to strengthen and expand pay equity protections to the private and care sectors.
How to Participate:
1. Complete the online survey, anonymous, and no registration required.
2. Send your ideas and feedback to the Pay Equity Bureau at peb-bes@gnb.ca.
There are in-person consutlaltion sessions across the province. The one in Moncton September 23 – Moncton: 140 Joyce Avenue at 9:30 am (11 am in French)

December: MRS SANTA’S SOCKS We are participating in the Canadian 20K Sock Day campaign again this year. We will be collecting socks (or donation for socks) in the lead up at our December 5th meeting. They will go to the ReConnect program for the homeless folks here in Moncton.

Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) 2026 Feb. 27, 2027
In February many CFUW Clubs form teams of walkers and solicit funds to support a worthy organization in their own community during the CNOY fundraising initiative.
For those of you who would like to support our walkers, the CFUW 2027 Moncton Tidewalkers page will be up and running through CNOY.
