Use TownSq to report building or community issues and to submit resident requests to the property manager and the Center Court Board.  Progress on reports and requests can then be tracked by the Board, Westford, and residents.  Do NOT report problems via the Facebook Group; issues reported there will not reach Westford.

What is Center Court?

Center Court is a Condominium consisting of 74 residential units in the tower (116 Court), 14 residential units at 122 Court (floors 1 & 2), and 5 commercial units (93 units total).  The Condominium Association is governed by an five-member Executive Board with the assistance of a Property Management Company, according to policies established in a set of governing documents and in Connecticut state law.  For information about the interesting past of our former telephone company building, see the History of the Center Court Building.

Rental of Units

Each unit belongs to an individual owner and all owners are members of the Condominium Association.  As a result there is no central leasing agent for the building and there are multiple individual landlords who rent their units to tenants.  Tenants should contact their landlords about issues they wish to have addressed inside their units.  For emergencies and for building issues in common areas, please call Westford Management at 860-528-2885.
