Crane Operations and Cooling Tower Installation

On Saturday March 24, 2012 a large crane was assembled in the rear parking area in order to replace the cooling tower on the Center Court roof, 200 feet high. It took 10 workers to accomplish the task, 5 from the Smedley Crane Company and 5 from Commercial Air Services. Everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish and it was a dramatic sight to see. Watch the slideshow below for a detailed account of the action.
