Parking for Center Court residents is not permitted in the area behind the building or in the driveway along side the building, except for brief stops to load and unload (e.g. 15 minutes, behind the building only). These parking areas are owned by the telephone company and they will tow unauthorized vehicles. Contractors and housekeeping staff working for the Association have permission to park in designated spots close to the back of the building, but this space is severely limited (parking permit must be displayed).
Parking at the convenient 360 State garage is available to Center Court residents at hourly and monthly rates (space is limited).
There are numerous open lots (e.g. the Smoothie building across the railroad tracks) and parking garages (e.g. State Street, Orange Street) near Center Court with varying rates.
If you parked behind the building and your car is gone when you return, call the New Haven Police to find out if it has been towed and where you need to go to retrieve it. Bring cash to pay the fines and towing fees.
