There are two separate Front Door Entry Control Systems, one for 116 Court and one for 122 Court. All residents also have access to the building via the keypad at the back door.

Visitors, contractors, or delivery personnel can call you from the front door intercoms and you can buzz them in remotely by pressing number 9 on the keypad of your cell or home phone.

New owners and tenants should obtain new four-digit entry codes from the property manager. You should also ask the property manager to enter your phone number into the system directory so that visitors can call. Units with more than one resident can request a second directory entry.
