Monday

Actif 60+ Cycle Fit

10:00-10:45 £4.50 per class

Slimming Word 9:00am

Actif Childrens Class

4.30 - 5 and 5 - 6. £2.80 per class - book via the app.

Wednesday

Community Coffee Morning. All welcome 11:00am - 1:00pm

New class New Heights Perform Academy 5-6pm.

Thursday

Exercise to Music Class - Suitable for all who want to improve balance and mobility.

10:00-11:00am

Police Cadets - Dyfed-Powys Police

6:00pm - 8:00pm

Monthly rubba bubba sessions 1pm.

Saturday

Clwb Cais (Rugby for tots)

9:00am - 11:00am

This means we currently have time slots available for any new classes.
