Hire the Hall

The hall can be hired out for many occasions - christenings, birthdays, hen parties, parties etc.

Our current rates are £18.50 per hour 

6 hours basic event hire £80 

Bouncy Castle Party package - 6 hours for £150

General points of Hire

The Hall can be used for a variety of functions. Suitability of the facilities will be discussed during the process of the Hire Agreement. Classes or events deemed unsuitable due to the lack of appropriate facilities at Y Neuadd or the nature of the purpose of hire will not be allowed to take place.

The hirer must pay the full amount required on booking. Y Neuadd will not reserve a booking term unless this is paid.

Y Neuadd is for hire by all members of the community but the Hire Agreement must be signed by an adult (over 21) responsible for the Hire. This can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

The Hirer is responsible for returning the premises to the same condition it was in when entered. All refuse is to be taken away and disposed of by the hirer.       

You can pay via PayPal or Onlilne banking 

For hire terms outside those listed above, special rates of hire may be agreed, subject to availability.

EXTERNAL HIRE OF EQUIPMENT

The following equipment can also be hired for use outside of Y Neuadd. No transportation is included.

All damaged items will incur a cost to replace charge. Hire periods are strictly applied.
