CWLP MISSION: With an unwavering commitment to equity, CWLP seeks to improve student learning through research-based, ongoing, sustained professional learning and leadership programs for TK-16 world language and dual immersion educators. This collaborative TK-16 network strives to develop teacher content knowledge, pedagogy, leadership, mentorship, and agency in the world language and dual immersion community.
CWLP GOALS: (a) enhance students’ multilingual literacy skills and educational outcomes; (b) support world language and dual immersion teacher learning and well-being; (c) address local needs by providing professional learning for schools, districts, and county offices of education; and (d) advance the California World Language Standards and Frameworks implementation to create opportunities for student agency.
