Residential Lots
Years ago, when I first began uploading my creations to Mod The Sims 2, I found that the bulk of my uploads were residential lots.
Why, I have no idea. Moreover, although they are nearly 8 year old lots, they still work very well in the game. You'll have to please
excuse the screen shots. They were taken on a very old system, that had a particularly crap graphics card. None the less, here
are the residential lots.
Also, I have included 'shopping lists', and as many specifications as I could with these lots.

Traditional New England Home
This is based off of the house I grew up in, in western Massachusetts
It is an actual working floor plan, of a home that was built during the post-WW2
construction boom, just prior to the 'baby boomer' era.
The house I grew up in, however, wasn't nearly this large, nor did it have a pool.
However, the floor plan IS real, based on the house I did grow up in. The rooms in
the home are simply larger for the game.
