Undumb

As everyone is dumb by Universal Law of Dumb, it is illogical to use the word smart. 

Undumb is defined as: Having a relatively low rating on the Dumbo Scale.

Related words include: undumber/undumbest (Comparing two/more people), undumbly (Related adverb), and undumbness(Related noun).  Adding the modifier "Modern" or "Modernly" are referring to undumbness with respect to the Modern Dumbo Scale.
