Modern Dumbo Scale

In 2013, some holes and weaknesses of the traditional Dumbo Chart were observed.  Thus, the Modern Dumbo Scale was born! 

The Modern Dumbo Scale (Also known as Modern Dumbo Chart, Dumbo Rating, Modern Dumb Level, Revised Dumbo Scale, Anticipated Dumbo Rating) is a revised version of the traditional dumbo scale, in which being a) violent or b) a friend to a dumb person affects your dumbo level.

When you are violent, rate your violence on a scale of -1 to 5 and add that to your traditional dumbo rating.

When you are a friend to a dumb person, subtract your rating from theirs, divide that by ten, then add that to your rating.

Example A: You are very violent, with a violence rating 4.  Your traditional dumbo rating is 4, which is obviously not logical because you are so violent.  Your modern rating is 8.

Example B: You are dumbo rating 4 yourself, but your friend is an extreme dumbo.  Anticipating your dumbo rating in the future, your modern rating is 7.
