Define the scope of the Executive Leadership Team. Establish what kind of decisions are made by the Executive Team and what decisions go before the club.
Draft a statement of Mission, Purpose and Goals for the club.
Designate a team to launch the website and group communication site.
Set a date for the next meeting.
