Instructions for journal editors

Instructions to Journal Editors

We publish high quality technical journals, online or printed, with open access and/or subscription, at your preference. We will secure an ISSN for your journal from Library and Archives Canada. All publications will have DOIs. We will initiate the process to submit the journal to indexing collections, such as SCI, EI Compendex, etc. at your preference. We take due diligence to meet the international publishing standards. However, final acceptance by the indexing collections will, to a great extent, depend on the technical quality of the journal, journal policy and quality of the articles, etc. We strongly suggest journal editors read the requirements for journals of relevant index agencies. We will provide assistance and work with you throughout the process.

The journal editors will be responsible for the quality of the journal, technical content of the manuscripts and review of all papers. Only papers, which are accepted by the journal and are ready for publishing, are submitted to the publisher in Word format. As your publisher, we will take care of all the publishing work for you: formatting, evaluation of font and size, quality of figures and tables, etc. All publications will be be hosted on our website or at a website of your choice. We will also print and distribute published issues as you prefer.

Publication Fee or Subscription

If a journal has open access, there will be a publication fee levied to authors (to be decided in consultation with journal editors). If a journal needs subscription from users, there is no publication fee for authors. Journal editors are encouraged to discuss with us in advance. Please contact us.
