HOLES BEING PLAYED

PLAY - Can play 5 or 9 holes. Turn in score for first 5 holes ONLY.

PRIZES – Only one score prize per person per day. Except for special events, the first score prize won in the month is the only one you are eligible for. Exception: You can win a second time during the month if you are part of a winning team on a Team Scramble. You will be recognized for all others. A small trophy will be presented to anyone making a hole-in-one during 5-Hole play. Birdie prizes will be awarded; the score card must be verified by the captain of the team.

YEAR-END AWARDS – To be eligible for a year-end award, it is required that you play 50% plus one of the scheduled play days. Example: if there are 26 play days, you must play 14 of those days.

CAPTAIN’S DUTIES

1. When a player cancels, call “Pairings” for a replacement.

2. Gently call attention, if necessary, to all golf courtesies and golf rules and check and attest score cards.

3. Captains will not call their team players with information. Each player must check the bulletin board.

RAIN RULES

If the course is closed, all play is cancelled. If the course is open, use your own discretion if you want to play. If some of your group chooses not to play, combine groups. If over 50% play, it will be a prize day. If not, play for fun.
