Housing Partnerships

The A2Dominion Group is one of the country’s leading providers of high quality housing.

The Group was formed in October 2008, as a result of A2 and Dominion coming together to create an organisation with the financial strength and resources to deliver more homes and better services for customers.

The A2Dominion Group now provides over 33,000 homes across London and southern England with thousands in development. It offers a wide range of housing options, including affordable rented, temporary, student, sheltered, supported and key worker accommodation, as well as homes for sale and shared ownership through it’s A2Dominion New Homes brand.

Vision & values

Our vision is to be the provider of choice of high quality homes and housing services.

This forms the basis of everything we do, whether it’s providing temporary accommodation for the homeless, or helping people get onto the property ladder with our affordable homes.

Our key business objectives are to:

· Provide high quality homes

· Deliver excellent customer service

· Improve our existing homes and places

· Strengthen local communities

Develop a stronger organisation

L&Q Group is one of 2,000 housing associations that work in the UK. Our main purpose is to provide high quality, affordable homes.

Our residents and our homes

L&Q residents are varied. Most families are on low incomes and usually come to us from the local council lists of those who need housing.

We manage over 60,000 homes and although most are in Greater London, we also work all over South East England

Our work

Other things we do include:

    • Building new homes and refurbishing old ones
    • Creating affordable homes for sale
    • Providing accommodation for key workers, like nurses and hospital staff
    • Helping people on lower incomes buy homes through shared ownership
    • Helping with community projects through our Neighbourhood Investment teams

All our work is about creating places where people want to live. We also believe in getting best value so that our residents get the best level of service possible from us.

Encouraging equal opportunities is central to everything we do. The Ujima Foundation was set up to respond to issues around community cohesion and inclusion across L&Q

Notting Hill Housing is a passionate and progressive organisation that has been delivering vibrant urban regeneration and new developments in London since 1963.

Love where you live

We see a strong link between building people's self-esteem and aspirations and creating confident successful communities. Our goal is that our customers love where they live. To deliver this we collaborate closely with our residents, run award-winning employment programmes and work inspirationally with young people so they can fulfil their potential. We have helped over 5,500 people get their foot on the property ladder.

Investing in communities

Notting Hill and its partners are committed to community investment. Our vision is to help people achieve more for themselves by offering homes they can love, services that empower them and home-ownership they can afford.

Our senior management team is dynamic and entrepreneurial. Our communication and political influencing are effective. And most importantly, our relationship with our residents is growing closer and more involved.

Shepherds Bush Housing Association (SBHA) has a proud history of results. With more than 40 years of delivering quality affordable homes in west London,

Formed in 1968, it is the parent organisation of the Shepherds Bush Housing Group.

Back then members of the Church of St Stephen and St Thomas in Shepherds Bush were deeply concerned about the lack of good quality affordable housing in west London. It was these people who created SBHA and laid the foundations for the organisation as it is today innovative, exciting and with our residents at the heart of everything we do.

In 2010, we are diverse. Our work focuses around providing quality housing and services, helping build safe, strong communities.

We are much more than just a landlord. Between our businesses we incorporate traditional housing provision, support services for those who are vulnerable and a large development and property acquisition portfolio.

We regenerate neighbourhoods; assist residents to live independently; run a well-being project; provide a furniture re-use service and help people onto the property ladder through low cost home ownership.

We now own and manage nearly 5,000 homes across a variety of tenures as we believe that providing affordable homes of quality is the very foundation of our society.
