September 2023
For the 2023 Cane Hill Harvest Festival located in Cane Hill, AR, I had set up and organized info tables, helped with delivering breakfast items from the kitchen out to the breakfast tent, and assisted in breakfast serving, and setting up tents and banners.
Trash Collector
Byrd's Mulberry River Cleanup
November 2017
I volunteered for a day in September as a Trash Collector. This involved walking along designated trails and riverside of Mulberry River or walking designated areas of highway 215 and 23 collecting trash to help keep Arkansas beautiful. After collection, I brought the trash back to Byrd's Adventure Center, in Mulberry AR, to be organized for recycling.

Arkansas Public Theater (formerly known as Rogers Little Theater)
Over the past couple of years, I volunteered for various positions including usher, concession stand, and beverage server. Duties included greeting and seating guests; servings drinks and snacks to guests and; perform light cleaning of the auditorium after shows. The shows that I volunteered for are:

After collection, I brought the trash back to Byrd's Adventure Center, in Mulberry AR, to be organized for recycling. I also volunteered as a check-in agent for the event collecting non-perishable food donations.
Student Help Desk
Fox Valley Technical College
January 2011 to May 2011
As part of the requirements for the Help Desk Concepts course, I volunteered time at the Student Help Desk providing technical support for students and staff. I learned how to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a help desk environment. We learned how to use help desk software, such as Manage Engine Service Desk, to create and view tickets and reports. We were also responsible for making and taking any calls to and from the help desk. As class assignments, we created surveys for customers to use and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that explained our level of service to students and staff.
Oktoberfest Volunteer
Fox Valley Technical College
September 2010
While a member for the AITP (Association for Information Technology Professionals) club at Fox Valley Technical College, I volunteered time with other members of the club to be a food vendor at the annual Oktoberfest in Appleton, WI. We sold cups/bowls of macaroni and cheese with grated cheese on top. I took charge of selling our product in our vending booth during the festival. This cheesy delicious dish made for a great Wisconsin recipe for the public to enjoy.
Bell Ringer
The Salvation Army
December 2009
I was a bell ringer for the Salvation Army in the Fox Cities collecting donations. I volunteered to stand outside and ring the bells with a smile and thanked them for their donations.
Bowling Tournament Volunteer
Special Olympics Wisconsin
2004
I volunteered at the tournament to be a scorekeeper. This tournament took place at Sabre Lanes located in Menasha, WI. This was part of a volunteer activity for a class in high school.
Youth Member
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church
2001 to 2004
During the summers of 2001 to 2004, I volunteered time with the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Appleton, WI to go to select cities for Youth Mission Trips. These trips were taken to places in Arkansas, South Dakota and West Virginia. On these trips, we played and held activities for the local children, cleaned and painted the outside of local houses and churches, and spent time with the locals just to get to know them and try to bring joy to their lives.
