Personal
A U.S. Citizen, I was raised in Los Angeles, attended school in Switzerland at age 9, and brought up my family in Yamatotakada, Japan for about 11 years. I would like to think that these experiences give me the ability to communicate among a diverse group of people, and to view issues from various angles. When not working or spending time with family, I enjoy bicycling, light hiking, reading, and driving. Interests include transportation, languages, urban planning, and maps.r
