Committee Guidelines: 

1. Committee Signups are good for the calendar year.

2. Committee Signups will be Annually at the Annual Homeowners meeting either via email or in person.

3. Committee members are subject to Board Approval by majority vote.

4. Committees shall nominate a Committee Chair/Head that will oversee communication with the board and make sure assigned tasks are completed. The Committee Head is subject to Board approval.

5. Committees are overseen by the Board and are subject to Board supervision, they are not autonomous entities.

6. The Chair/Head of a Committee, if not attending the monthly board meeting, must submit a monthly report
