This is a website created for you: the homeowners and residents of Bridle Hills Estates in Farmington Hills, Michigan. If there is something you would like to see added, or questions you have, please feel free to email the Board of Directors at BridleHillsEstateHOA@gmail.com.
**Please be mindful when contacting the Board that the HOA Board consists of volunteers from the subdivision. While we do our best to respond within 48 hours of receiving your email, please understand that this is not always possible. We WILL respond (if a response is applicable) as soon as we are able.**
Major communication, regarding things such as annual dues notices and yearly Association meetings, will be sent from the Board via email and USPS mail. However, more regular communications regarding the subdivision will be sent out via email only. If you have a new email address, or think you may not be on our email list, please email BridleHillsEstateHOA@gmail.com with your name and address or lot number so your information can be updated.
The "pReferred" list of resources, which is a list of people and businesses who have been Referred by neighbors, is severely out of date and eager for updated referrals. PLEASE email BridleHillsEstateHOA@gmail.com with anyone you would like to see added. We would like the list to include landscaping/lawn care, babysitters, handypersons, contractors, auto shops, and everything in-between!
The By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, are included on this site for your reference. You will also find a Summary which highlights the essentials from all of the documents. We encourage you to read through all of them at least once.
