Anne is a strong, innovative and creative thinker who leads by example. As President of the Ontario Institute of Certified Management Consultants (CMC-Ontario), she provides effective leadership for many senior colleagues across the province.
She has upgraded governance processes for the CMC-Ontario Board, streamlined it operations and enhanced its effectiveness. In addition, for a number of years Anne was a driving force behind successful efforts by the CMC-Ontario to obtain preferred status for the CMC designation in government RFPs at the provincial and federal levels. Under her leadership, CMC-Ontario has built on this accomplishment and works in close partnership with the highest levels of government. She also played a key role in a national initiative that grew the overall membership of the association by 20% in one year. Throughout this process, she has insisted on safeguarding and enhancing the rigorous educational and practice requirements for CMCs.
My dealings with her on the CMC-Ontario Board gave me an insight into her strong leadership, collaboration, organizational and consulting skills. I highly recommend Anne in any consulting situation!
