I have had the pleasure of working with Anne Bachinski on a very sensitive coaching assignment for a large organization in a high security working environment. In her capacity as a coach, she was assigned the most senior executives. She was able to establish credibility quickly and effectively engage the individuals so that they could make an immediate difference on a complex business issue with which they were grappling. With a very tight time line to get up to speed on the business, the people and the issues, Anne carried out the required due diligence and was flexible in meeting the client needs in a “just-in-time”, “edge-of-a-crisis” environment. The coaching made a big difference for the client, which was able to turn around a business issue and deliver to the customer.
