Process

First, choose a theme of subject of this unit. The students will produce a four page research proposal and bibliography of selected sources, both primary and secondary related to the materials or documents quoted above.

It is very important for you begin to research and write the first drafts of your papers.

Secondly, search at the bibliography being supplied online tools and the reference texts and make annotated bibliography. At that moment is possible to examine different readings according to the subject you are interested on.

After that, try to workshop about your learning jointly with your classmates or your group of work related on the same subject. The workshops will provide you with constructive criticism on your writing and structure.

Finally, write a conference presentation explaining your argument about the pro and cons for the legitimacy of the main changes into the Bourbon dynasty way of government: e.g. succession, abolishment of privileges, monopolism in trade, activity of the Juntas (boards), strongest of the Holy Office Inquisition. An in relation with the evolution, adaptation or innovation of Law, related to the subject you choose.
