Rates & Booking

We will be open for 2026 season from 12 December 2025 through 15 June 2026.

• Studio-style cabanas (Seaside or Treehouse) : $175 per night,

• 1BR suite (Elizabeth's Coral cabana) : $225 per night. 

There is a 12% TCI hotel tax, and a 3-night minimum stay. Last-minute stays of one or two nights (e.g. stay-cations) can often be accommodated with an additional $75 cleaning fee. 

There is a one-time fee of $50 to convert the futon for use as an additional bed in Elizabeth's Coral Cabana.
