The Resource Center has been updated with new documents and a new folder structure that will hopefully make the documents that govern our HOA easier to locate.

There are currently four folder directories: (1) HOA Board of Directors Notices & Letters, (2) HOA Covenants, ByLaws, and Rules, (3) HOA Meeting Minutes, and (4) NC General Statues Governing HOA.

Please take some time to browse the folders and their contents. If you have suggestions for additional improvements or other comments, please contact one of the Board Of Directors members.
