The Board of Directors (BoD) reviewed and approved resolution 19-01 (Adoption of Policies Rules and Assessments) at the directors meeting held on 18 FEB 2019.

This resolution defines how the BoD will adopt any future rules and requires HOA members be notified of any potential assessment increases. It also affords an opportunity for HOA members to be heard and comment on any rule changes or assessment increases.
