1. The HOA annual meeting that will take place on 08 JUN 19 @ 4:00 PM at the Bohicket Landing Boat Ramp. You can download a copy of the meeting notice, the meeting agenda, the proposed budget, an election ballot, and/or a proxy letter from the home page of the website (www.bohicketlanding.com).

If you will not be able to attend the meeting and have not already done so, please be sure to complete a Ballot (if you want to vote electronically) or a Proxy Letter (if you want to designate someone to be present at the meeting and vote on your behalf) and return them as outlined in the meeting notice.

2. The annual assessment for each property is due by 30 JUN 2019. For those attending the meeting, the treasurer can take payment in person at that time. If you won’t be attending and haven’t already done so, please send your payment ($220.00) in full to the HOA address listed on the front page of the website.

If you can’t make payment in full by the due date, please contact a member of the Board of Director for a possible payment plan. We will be strictly enforcing the late fee procedures, interest charges, and claim of lien on all annual assessments not paid in full by the due date if a payment plan is not accepted by the Board of Directors.
