Please be advised that a new annual/special meeting notice was recently mailed out to each owner. During the preparation, printing, and mailing of said notice, each owner was also sent a proxy. The proxy enclosed with the meeting notice is not correct. Inadvertently, in the first paragraph a space for you the owner, to write-in the name of a person to act as your attorney was omitted. A side by side viewing will show the enclosed version contains a space for the owner to write in the name of the person designated as his/her proxy. This is the only change made to this document.
